Cancellation and Refund
Unfortunately, we do not entertain cancellation or refund requests for any orders.
Return and Exchange Process
If you wish to initiate an exchange, kindly reach out to our customer service team at exchanges@ezenfashion.com within 5 days of receiving the item. To uphold our product hygiene standards, all received exchanges undergo a thorough quality check for approval or declination.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if:
The product is returned after use.
The product is damaged.
The product is damaged.
Once the exchange is confirmed, the customer is responsible for shipping the item with the provided tracking ID to exchanges@ezenfashion.com in the same email thread. We will process the exchange within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
If you receive a defective product, share images at exchanges@ezenfashion.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Please note:
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product for size adjustments only once.
- Availability for exchanges is subject to stock, and we cannot guarantee your desired size will be in stock. If unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
- The store credit is valid for one month from the date of issue.
In the case of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
